Happy New Year!!!!

Happy New Year!!!
It is hard to believe that 2009 is coming to an end; and 2010 is knocking on our door. I hope that everyone had a fantastic year and I wish you even more success in 2010.
Have you thought of what you could do differently this new year? What changes are in your forecast?

We have all seen that "uhmm good" commercial on T.V. "Feed The Pig".............

Ways to save money; put our earnings into our piggy bank and start focusing on our retirement. Okay, you ask how am I going to do this, right? Well I would ask you to look back on 2009; what can you do differently that you have not done; what can you do to better assist your clients to move on and start their new lives in their new HOME. Are you really giving 110% to each of your clients?

I know that there are so many GREAT Realtor's out there, that do everything in their power to assist their clients in the hard process of selling/moving, but are you giving that extra 10% that will push it?

Here is my challenge to you.....

Contact East Coast Staging & Re-design ... "what? your crazy right?"....... Take sometime to meet with us and see what we can do to assist you and your clients. Giving that extra 10% that you have not done before, will assist you in "FEEDING THE PIG"..... not only you, but your clients too. Doing this will improve your repeat customers; referrals and contacts that we will refer to you.

It's all about "Feeding the Pig"..... your pig; your retirement!

Success Stories...

Home has been on the market for months; no offers - after the property was professionally staged, new photos went on the internet; went under contract in 2 weeks!!!!!

After a in-home consultation; the homeowner completed all recommendations, new pictures were placed on the internet, held a Open House, and boom; House SOLD in 5 days, get this...... $35,000.00 over the asking price!!!!

Realtor contacts a Professional Home Stager about possible work in a seven unit condo complex. These condo's were sitting for three months with no activity! One unit was staged (the Realtor liked it so much he had the stager complete the other 6 also) the following weekend, the Open House .... The initial condo staged, SOLD that weekend; that following week....... ALL THE CONDO'S SOLD!!!

Think about it; buyers want to purchase a "move in ready" home... They want to see the homes potential; visualizing their family and friends in this property. Buyers are looking on the internet to see which homes they want to visit; are your pictures bring them in to see the property? Or are they just clicking "next"

Staging is NOT for the large; expensive properties; it's for all of them!!! Remember: statistics show that a home that has been professionally staged, spend less time on the market, and often brings you more money for the sale. It is cheaper to stage a home than to drop the listing price ONCE!!

Think about this.... ask yourself.... "What do I have to loose by meeting with a professional home stager"... you may not need one today, but who knows what tomorrow brings, and when the time comes you will already have your professional home stager in place. Give it a try! Again, what do you have to loose????
